1. PREAMBLE

1.1. At AICO (AILAB LLC), we are committed to delivering elite digital solutions and AI-driven products. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent, fair, and legally compliant framework for returns and refunds.

1.2. This Policy applies to all transactions made via https://aico.uz and governs the relationship between the Company and the Client regarding cancellations and financial adjustments.

 

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SOFTWARE LICENSES

2.1. General Rule: Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, requests for refunds on software, downloadable assets, or AI models are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the license key activated.

2.2. Exceptions: A refund request may be considered within 14 calendar days of purchase only if:

  • The digital product has not been downloaded, accessed, or activated.
  • The product file is proven to be corrupted or technically defective, and our Support Team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days.

 

3. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES & DEVELOPMENT

3.1. Cancellation Window: To respect the scheduling of our AI specialists, a full 100% refund is only available if the project is cancelled within 24 hours of the initial payment.

  • After 24 hours: If a refund is requested after this window but before work begins, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted to cover transaction and booking costs.
  • After Kick-off: Once the project kick-off meeting has occurred or resources have been allocated, refunds are calculated on a strictly pro-rata basis.

3.2. Active Projects: For services that have already commenced, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis. The Company retains payment for all hours worked and resources allocated up to the point of cancellation.

3.3. Non-Refundable Services:

  • Completed design or development milestones.
  • Consultation hours already utilized.
  • "Urgent" or "Rush" fees paid for expedited delivery.

 

4. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINES

4.1. Submission: To initiate a request, contact our Support Team at support@aico.uz with:

  • Full Name & Order Number.
  • A detailed reason for the request.
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, error logs).

4.2. Review: Our Compliance Team reviews all requests within 3 business days.

4.3. Execution: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Funds will be reversed to the original payment method only. Please allow additional time for your bank to clear the funds.
